"WK Kellogg is an exciting and special place. The people around you – whether in person or remote – care about you as a person. They celebrate with you; they mourn with you; they are there for you at and outside of work. We also are super active in supporting the community. After all, being a key part of our communities is one of the founding tenets of our company. We’re always out together doing our part to make a difference."

"26 years ago, I started out on the production floor as a technician in Baltimore while working my way through college. Today, as our Chief Supply Chain Officer, I share with those I mentor that I’ve never turned down a role. Every situation was an opportunity to learn, and I’ve been fortunate to work with some tremendous leaders. Over the years, I’ve seen how our mission comes to life - that we bring out the best in each other when we bring the best in ourselves."
Ally Bogdanova
"It is such a joy to work on our beloved Grrr-rrr-reat brands. Our iconic characters, like Tony the Tiger and Toucan Sam, and the creative freedom we are given to develop out-of-the-box strategies, help us put smiles on people’s faces and win their hearts, which is a the most rewarding experience for any marketer! Plus, I feel so lucky to get to work with a terrific team of people who have become lifetime friends over the years. And it probably all stems from our thoughtful leadership team that really cares and empowers us to together build our world-class business."

"As the brand manager for Frosted Mini-Wheats®, I absolutely love what I do. Our team works diligently to make incredible food and have a positive impact in our communities and the world. I have the privilege of working with and learning from some of the best people I have ever met. While I started as a packaging engineer, our culture of professional development and the commitment to cross-functional opportunities, have opened doors to me that I never thought possible. I love this company, the people, and believe that our founder, Mr. Kellogg, would be proud of what we are building at WK Kellogg Co."
Noe Rizo
"I’m excited to have been invited to join the WK Kellogg Co team after being with Kellogg for 18 years. We’re literally starting a new company and every day is like opening a notebook to a black page of paper ... except that we’re starting with fantastic brands and foods people love. Our smaller, more nimble team feels like family. Together, we’re making accessible, nutritious food by doing what we believe is right. The other day, our CEO even came to a new food review. That certainly helps us achieve our purpose of inspiring gr-r-reat days."
